| A very public career in journalism, publishing and television precedes the Richard Neville of the ’90s. Probably most famous as editor of the satirical Oz magazine in the ’60s (which earned him a six-month jail sentence for outraging public decency), Richard is now best known as one of Australia’s leading futurists. A former correspondent for New York’s Punch magazine, and a contributor to numerous other publications, Richard returned to Australia in 1980 and was regularly seen on the Midday Show With Ray Martin. During 1996 Richard co-founded Australia’s first Futurist Network, a global centre for helping institutions shape the future. In "Beyond the Bottom Line", a fortnightly column for The Bulletin, he explores the revolution currently shaking the workplace. Richard’s new book is called Out of My Mind, a journey from Flower Power to the 3rd Millennium. With a great gift for communication and fresh insights, Richard melds together a world view both practical and philosophical to help business people understand the importance of preparing for the future.
