Attitude Gear® was the brand and motivational quotes were the key. Justin began printing t-shirts with slogans such as ’In the end it’s all a matter of attitude’ and now has a wide range of products selling in over 3,500 stores throughout Australia.

Justin’s business success has allowed him to retire from Attitude Gear® and turn his passion to helping others achieve their business and personal goals. Justin has worked closely with major organisations such as the Australian Tax Office, Phillips and IP Australia. He is in high demand as a motivational speaker and is respected as one of Australia’s leading authors on getting more out of life.

At the age of 25, with only $50 in his pocket, Justin decided that he would give starting his own business a go. With no experience, he established Attitude Gear®, which today is a multi-million dollar company, with products being sold in Australia and throughout the world.

At the age of 30, Justin licensed the Attitude Inc® brand worldwide and is now devoting his efforts to full time speaking. He has a passion to change people’s perception of being successful. He believes that any of us can "make it" in life. The only thing that stands in our way is our "stinking thinking".
